Landed homes designed around the life inside them
Bungalows, semi-Ds and terrace houses across the Klang Valley — renovated with respect for their structure and the people who fill them.
A landed home is a long-term relationship
Terraces trap heat, older semi-Ds hide surprises behind plaster, and bungalows tempt owners into rooms nobody uses. Our landed work starts with a building survey and a family interview — then we design for the next fifteen years, not the next photograph.
Cross-ventilation, rain noise, school-run storage, a kitchen that actually copes with Chinese New Year: these unglamorous questions shape better houses than any style label.
What a landed engagement covers
Every project is scoped in writing. A typical whole-house programme includes:
- Measured survey and condition report before design begins
- Interior architecture: layouts, ceilings, staircases, openings
- Wet works, rewiring and plumbing coordinated with our engineers
- Custom joinery designed and built in our own workshop
- Material, sanitaryware and lighting selection within agreed budgets
- Renovation permits with DBKL, MBPJ or your local council
- Weekly progress reports with photographs and next-week plan
- Defect-free handover and a 24-month workmanship warranty
Three common starting points
Terrace Refresh
10–14 weeks
Kitchen, living and master zones reworked for light and storage without moving structure. The most cost-effective route to a house that feels new.
Semi-D Reconfiguration
16–24 weeks
Internal walls repositioned, wet areas rebuilt, extensions regularised. We manage engineering sign-off and neighbour notices alongside the design.
Bungalow Masterplan
6–10 months
Full interior architecture across every floor, with specialist stone, timber and lighting sourced through our trade network. Principal-led throughout.
