What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits — a login, a preference, a session. Related technologies such as localStorage work similarly, and we treat them under the same rules on this page.
What we actually use
Strictly necessary
- PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID) — created when you open a page that uses our contact form. It carries the security token that protects the form against forged submissions. It expires when you close your browser and cannot be switched off without breaking the form.
- Consent record (als_cookie_choice) — a localStorage entry remembering whether you pressed Accept or Reject on our cookie notice, so we do not ask you on every visit. It stores one word and nothing else.
Analytics
If you press Accept on the cookie notice, we may record anonymised page-view statistics to understand which parts of the site are useful. If you press Reject, no analytics run — the site works identically either way.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels, no fingerprinting. We are an interior design studio; we have no interest in following you around the internet.
Changing your mind
A small gear button sits in the lower-left corner of every page after you make a choice. Click it to reopen the notice and switch your answer. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings at any time — the notice will simply appear again on your next visit.
